- Groups split according to UTR ranking for optimal training

Tournament Preparation:
- Focused drills, strategy sessions, and match simulations
- Coaches attend select tournaments to provide support & feedback
- Match Play Fridays: UTR-verified matches available
CoachNow Training App:
- What is CoachNow? A communication app to help players improve. All players have access to all coaches.
Schedule:
- Schedule: 7:45 Mobility/stability work with Josh 8:00 Tennis movement/reaction drills 8:15 Tennis warm up with Ken 8:30 Practice point play to get better 9:30 High intensity/ interval drills with Josh 9:45 Skills drills/strategy with Josh 10:30 Point play to win with John 11:00 Fitness training with Josh if signed up 12:00 Lunch 2:00 Optional match play for those interested

Camp Days: Monday – Thursday
Camp Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Cost: $240 per week, 1 Day per week/month $300, 2 Days per week/month $550, 3 Days per week/month $750, Full Month $900
