Fitness Program

Our Fitness Program is designed to give every player the physical foundation they need to succeed on the court. Led by Josh Lup, who holds a degree in Kinesiology and brings over 10 years of experience in fitness training, this program focuses on individualized plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals.

Training sessions combine both on-court and gym work to build strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Each athlete’s progress is carefully tracked using an interactive spreadsheet, allowing coaches, players, and parents to see improvements over time.

Because true results come from consistency, players are required to follow a structured plan designed to maximize their development. Whether the goal is to gain strength, improve movement, or enhance overall athletic performance, our Fitness Program ensures every player is on the right path to reaching their potential.

Because every player has different needs and goals, our Fitness Program is personalized for each individual. The schedule and cost depend on the level of commitment, the setup required, and the amount of time spent on court or in the gym.

We start with an initial evaluation to create the right plan for your child. For players who want a simple program they can follow independently, we can design a plan that requires less time and is more cost-effective. For those who prefer more hands-on, individualized attention, we offer programs with additional sessions and support.

 

Our goal is to provide the right balance of quality training and flexibility—helping each player grow in a way that fits their commitment and your family’s needs.
