Our Strength & Fitness Camp is for athletes who are 100% committed to improving their physical performance. Led by Coach Josh Lup, a fitness expert with a degree in kinesiology and years of experience training serious competitors, this camp delivers results that show up where it matters—on the court and on the team roster.

Last summer, players entering high school who trained in this program made varsity teams at The Woodlands High School, College Park, and Klein Oak. If you’re preparing for high-level tennis or any sport, this is where you build the foundation.

📅 Camp Dates: Weekly camps from June 2nd – August 7th
📍 Location: 17515 Fairway Oaks Drive, Spring, TX

🗓 Camp Days: Monday – Thursday
Camp Hours: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

💰 Cost: $160/week or Drop-in rate: $75/session (if not signed up for the week)

Snack Shack available – bring extra money if desired
